The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that Saint Nick soon would fill them with meat and cheese.
We are officially less than a week away from Christmas which means you only have 5 more days to shop till you drop. I for one am done all my big present shopping, but have yet to finish stocking stuffers. If you’re looking for some help in this department, I am happy to share my ultimate stocking stuffers list with you. These gifties are all under $20 and are geared to The Foodie, obviously.
Egg Cups : I have an obsession with small porcelain cups and eggs so this is the perfect gift for The Foodie to wake up to on Xmas morning. They can even test them out at Xmas breakfast!
Sugarfina candies: Satisfy the sweet tooth of every candy lover with an assortment of delicious treats from Sugarfina; I highly recommend the Skinny Margarita gummies or the Champagne Bears.
Starbucks Giftcard: No matter how many times I am gifted Starbucks cards during the Holidays I am so thrilled. The daily coffee is quite an added expense to the ol’ bank account. Anything helps when it comes to feeding a coffee addiction.
Restaurant Apparel: Find your Foodie’s favorite restaurant, diner, ice cream shop or cafe and check to see if they sell any merchandise with their logo. I for one, am obsessed with the vintage T’s at Duffins Doughnuts in Vancouver.
Jerky: Nothing says Happy Holidays like a piece of beef jerky (in it’s package of course). I’m actually serious though; if I got peppered or teriyaki beef jerky in my stocking, I’d be elated.
Pizza Socks: Socks get a bad rep as presents, but I love getting a soft pair of socks on Xmas morning to wear around the house in my pjs all day. Every foodie needs a pair of gooey pizza socks.
Food Fridge Magnets: Dress up your Foodie’s fridge with a taco, sushi or fried chicken magnet. If you can’t pick which one you like best, get three!
Chili Pepper String Lights: Spice up any living room or office desk with these string lights made of red hot chili peppers.
Wheel of Brie: If there is one thing better than a wheel of brie cheese, it’s a wheel of brie cheese in its own little wooden box. Head to your closest Trader Joe’s to find your box of cheese.
Hot Pepper Jelly: The perfect pairing with cheese, hot pepper jelly is often forgotten about on a charcuterie board but arguably the shining star on any cheese platter. You can find delicious mild to hot pepper jelly’s in your daily grocery store.
Food Inspired Tea Towels: Tea towels don’t get more adorable than this. Seeing as smashed avo on toast is one of my favorite breakfasts at this time, I’m currently obsessed with these avocado toast tea towels. I would love to find these little gems in my stocking.
